Since the official announcement of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 last May, Activision has been going all out in terms of communication. It's also worth noting that this new installment is generating a lot of anticipation among the community, especially after two entries in the Black Ops franchise. Everyone is eager to discover everything this CoD MW4 has to offer, whether it's in terms of the Campaign, multiplayer, with its new Kill Block mode, or the DMZ mode. While waiting for October 23, the official release day of the game, the publisher offers a little trip to Paris at Rush Hour.

An alliance as explosive as it is unexpected

During the official announcement of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Activision clearly stated that the Campaign mode, set in a global conflict context, will allow players to see the world. In fact, even though the storyline will focus on conflicts occurring on the Korean Peninsula, giving players the opportunity to play as South Korean soldier Park, other missions will take players to all corners of the world. Among the destinations, we already know there will be missions in New York, Mumbai, and Paris.

It's precisely the French capital that is in the spotlight today. It's hard not to recognize it in the 30 seconds that make up this first preview of the Traffic campaign. The architectural style, the chase along the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, the (fictional) sign La Chèvre... no doubt, we are indeed in a representation of Paris. And, surprise, for the occasion, we find an unlikely duo formed by Price and Valeria. No need to rub your eyes, it's indeed El Sin Nombre, the famous Valeria Garza, drug baroness of the Las Almas Cartel (appeared in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II) who finds herself alongside our dear Captain Price. Why? How? Even though the video gives a hint of an answer, the ins and outs will be discovered from October 23, or even from October 16 in early access for those who pre-ordered the digital version of the game.

What is certain is that Price is out for revenge, he has made a deal with Valeria, and they will wreak havoc in the heart of Paris. Gunfire from all sides, chases, explosions, no one will be safe, not even the law enforcement. The campaign promises to be thrilling, in addition to offering a visual rendering that pleases the eyes. Proof is this new preview that allows us to appreciate quality modeling and an impressive representation of the French capital. Moreover, let's not forget that Infinity Ward has promised a final outcome that will be "as strong as it is moving." All the cards are currently in the studio's hands to offer us what could be one of the best entertainments of the year.
