Shipping policy
PACKING AND DELIVERY
Your package is prepared the same day for any order placed before 12 noon or the next day for orders placed after 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays.)
A delivery service then collects your package:
- The day of preparation for home delivery
- Within 48 hours maximum after preparation for delivery to a relay point.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your package is shipped containing the tracking number of your order in order so that you can monitor the delivery progress of your package.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery to a relay point by Mondial Relay in 4-5 working days (Metropolitan France): 4.99 € TTC, free with a minimum purchase of 69 €.
Home delivery via Colissimo, without signature, in 2-3 working days (Metropolitan France): € 6.99 incl. Tax, free with a minimum purchase of 69 €.
International delivery: prices vary depending on the destination.
For delivery outside the European Union, including for Switzerland, customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have established a stable connection between the Fulllife Capsule Transportation System and our real-world logistics provider, Etxe Logistika.
Etxe Logistika will take care of delivering your Capsule and all the items it contains to the carrier you have chosen when ordering.
