Refund policy

 

Didn't order exactly the right size? No worries, you have 30 days from the dispatch of your order to return unworn, as-new products to us without question.

If you live in mainland France, to return your items to us, simply create a return request in your account on full.life. After validation by our team, you can print your return label. Returns are made exclusively via Mondial Relay at at relay point (regardless of the delivery method you have chosen for your delivery) and good news, it's 100% free.

For returns from other countries, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information: npc@full.life

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be immediately refunded directly to the credit card used for the initial purchase, or in FL Coins if you used this means of payment.

 

Cancellations

 

To request a cancellation of your order, go to the “Orders” tab in your profile using the email address you provided at the time of purchase. You can then access your order and use the cancellation button provided to submit your request. You can access it directly via this link.

Cancellation requests are accepted as long as your order has not yet been processed by our team.

However, personalized or custom-made products cannot be canceled.

Once we receive your request, we’ll verify that your order is eligible for cancellation. If so, it will be canceled, and you’ll receive a full refund to the payment method used for your purchase.
