Time flies, the months pass by at lightning speed. We are already approaching the end of the year, which means that Riot Games will offer all those who play League of Legends the conclusion of the narrative arc centered on LeBlanc, Vladimir, and Xin Zhao. To introduce this epic conclusion, the studio once again called upon Fortiche Production to create a mouth-watering cinematic. This was unveiled at the LoL World Championship taking place in Chengdu, China.

Nearly 5 minutes of pleasure

The universe of League of Legends continues to evolve. This year, Riot Games has set up an entire narrative arc centered on three main characters, namely LeBlanc, Vladimir, and Xin Zhao. It was launched at the beginning of the year. For the occasion, the studio even unveiled a magnificent cinematic aimed at welcoming Noxus. Two other shorter videos followed throughout the year to continue developing the plot, namely Dark Gambit and Beginning of the End. After several months, the narrative arc is coming to an end, offering players a much-anticipated conclusion.

To mark the occasion, Riot Games commissioned Fortiche Production to create a nearly five-minute cinematic. In addition to offering impeccable visual rendering, the media had to succeed in capturing the main lines of the story. The challenge was significant since the French company had to manage to condense all the complexity of the plot while maintaining an approach simplicity that allows everyone to see clearly. Watching the video is enough to see that the bet is successful. After all, it was hard to doubt when you know that Fortiche Production is behind the excellent Arcane series and several other promotional videos related to the LoL universe.

For this short film, titled Twilight's End, centered on the character of Xin Zhao, the Fortiche team had a clear objective in mind. As Arnaud Delord, co-founder and co-director of the studio, points out, they wanted "to offer fans an experience faithful to the universe of League of Legends while providing a unique creative approach to this project." This is felt in the more realistic rendering than that of the Arcane series, whether in terms of the characters, their movements, or their expressions. All you have to do is click the play button and enjoy the show.
