Rainbow Six Siege is an important title in the video game landscape and the eSports scene. It is therefore normal to see that it regularly captures the attention of players, as recently with the presentation of the roadmap for upcoming content this year. In addition, Year 11 Season 1 starts off in a great way with the integration of Solid Snake, an iconic character from the Metal Gear Solid franchise. Nevertheless, we must not forget Rainbow Six Mobile, the pocket experience that has nothing to envy from the PC and console version.

Rainbow Six Mobile is available worldwide

Rainbow Six Mobile is not brand new. In fact, the title first appeared in 2015. This pocket experience takes the form of a free-to-play available on iOS and Android. In other words, it is possible to play it on any compatible smartphone, tablet, iPhone, or iPad. Do not think that Ubisoft has neglected this version in favor of Rainbow Six Siege. Certainly, the game available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox is more publicized. Nevertheless, Ubisoft Montreal, which is responsible for the development of the mobile version (supported by the associated Ubisoft studios in Winnipeg, Halifax, Bucharest, Kyiv, and Chengdu), has worked to offer a 5v5 gaming experience that closely resembles that of Siege.

To achieve this, several beta test phases were implemented, leading to an official game release in January 2025. However, at that time, the title was only available in Argentina, France, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and the United States. It took a little over a year for Rainbow Six Mobile to arrive in other countries. Today is the big day: the pocket version is available worldwide. To celebrate this event properly, Ubisoft has unveiled a trailer. In addition to showing some gameplay footage, which demonstrates that the game retains its tactical spirit, the video begins with live-action footage. The Live Action aspect surprises and instills a sense of engagement.

Players can now embody the Agent they wish to engage in 5v5 confrontations. Whether in attack or defense, everyone can experiment with various gadgets and unique play styles. Everything has been worked on, from gameplay to maps, including the system and interface, to ensure the experience is as optimal as possible, even on a small screen. Ranked match, team deathmatch, progression system, seasonal content, the development team has left nothing to chance.

The proposed experience is complete and marks the beginning of a new chapter in the adventure that will continue to be written thanks to the loyalty of fans and the arrival of new recruits. A little extra, wherever you are, if you want to play while staying in theme, we can only advise you to wear the Drone t-shirt and matching socks. As the advantage of a mobile platform is also being able to play outdoors or on the go, to avoid getting cold, you can wear the Sledge's Hammer hoodie
