S3 Vigilance - Call of Duty Mobile looks back

Call of Duty Mobile S3
Call of DutyMar 8, 20243 min read

After a first season dedicated to fairy tales and a second highlighting the Chinese New Year, Call of Duty: Mobile is launching into a new season, the third, which will bring a retro gangster atmosphere. This is the promise of Retro Vigilance, which will be available from March 14. Several new features will be included, such as a new submachine gun, two thematic events, and a new map.

Get some air with Cheshire Park

During the fourth season of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare in 2019, Infinity Ward introduced a new multiplayer map called Cheshire Park. Players were then transported to a besieged city in London. Retro Vigilance will mark the return of this map for the pocket experience. Fans will be delighted to find the courtyard in the center, featuring a beautiful fountain, as well as the three lanes, a rather classic layout, for battles that will require some vigilance.

Go on the hunt

Sound the horn, two new events are coming. The first, Smuggling Hunt, will require collecting and delivering goods. The second, Spring Hunt, is related to the Easter celebration, as you will need to complete the mission to store hammers to open Easter eggs and collect one or two points depending on whether they are normal or lucky. Beware of explosive eggs that deduct a point. In both cases, rewards will be at stake, such as the weapon blueprints Vivan Harris - Combat Instructor and RUS-79U - Dead Letters in the first case, or the weapon blueprint GKS - Curious Cat in the second.

An asset for playing vultures

As always, it is important to encourage players to stay in the game and increase the number of matches. Nothing better than regularly offering seasonal events and unique challenges. This Season 3 will not break the rule, with developers encouraging players to monitor the Events tab throughout the season. Of course, several rewards will be included, including weapon blueprints and operator skins. We can especially note the integration of the Vulture perk, which will increase aggressiveness in matches by offering the possibility to restore health and trigger health recovery. So, you'll need to hurry to regain your health points.

A Battle Pass for even more rewards

Who says new season, says new battle pass. It’s inevitable. This Season 3 will indeed be accompanied by its Battle Pass, which will include a free path and a premium part. In the free part, it will be possible to obtain several camouflages, weapon blueprints, the SP-R 208 - Office Use (at level 50), the Ravage talent (to block enemy radar and disable equipment within the covered area), or even the famous TEC-9 submachine gun introduced in CoD Black OPS Cold War. In the Premium part, those who pay will be able to obtain all the content of the season, including the TEC-9 and the retro gangster operator skins, namely Deadly Elegance for Sliver, Grizzled Detective for Ethan, Mafioso for Sims, and Golden Deco for Seraph. If you want more, you can also take a little tour of the shop to offer yourself new legendary draws.
