For a few weeks now, all eyes have been on Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 following the official announcement of this new installment by Activision. It is obvious that a new entry in the franchise creates a lot of expectations. Nevertheless, we must not forget that Call of Duty: Mobile, the pocket experience, continues to make its way, still attracting community members. Without realizing it, it celebrated its fifth anniversary last November and continues to renew the experience thanks to its seasonal system. The proof is that Season 7, aptly named Ghost Current, is about to land. Here is everything that awaits players starting July 31.
When Call of Duty turns into a racing game
When you think of Call of Duty, you think of war, weapons, first-person shooting, intense battles, etc. No one thinks of a racing game. However, with the new RC-XD Vehicle Race multiplayer mode, players will indeed be invited to control vehicles to participate in thrilling races. Whether solo or with others, up to eight, with friends, the goal will be simple... You will need to control a remote-controlled vehicle to try to win races on several game maps. Succeed, and you'll climb the rankings and unlock skins to customize your vehicles. Beware though, going off the road will mean an explosion for your car. The consequence is that you will lose precious seconds and reappear at the nearest checkpoint, which will further impact the timer.

Welcome to the Gulag
If you have ever played Warzone, then you must know the concept of the Gulag. This place marks the opportunity for two eliminated characters to have the right to a second chance. More precisely, two eliminated people face off in a quick and ruthless deathmatch. The one who survives, at the expense of the other, is then redeployed on the map, making a comeback. As for the other, they become a spectator, at least until a teammate decides to buy back their dog tag at the Buy Station. Now that you know the concept, you will be pleased to learn that the Gulag will be integrated as part of Season 7 during a limited event. However, be aware that the system will only be implemented on the Isolated map.

Never without my Pass
It's a tradition, when a new season arrives, Activision sets up a new Battle Pass. An opportunity to give new objectives to everyone. As usual, this one offers the possibility to acquire both free and premium items. For the more frugal, it will be possible to get free weapon blueprints, several skins, or even the explosive drone and the MG 82 machine gun. As for those who are willing to spend a few euros on the Pass, several operator skins will be available to them, including Farah - Stealth, Kreuger - Deep Six, Ethan - AQUA-44, and Stone - Painkiller, in addition to new weapon blueprints, including the Dreadnought based on the MG 82 machine gun.

A collaboration with Girls' Frontline
It's often the little extra, Activision regularly sets up collaborations to offer content integrating another license. This time, it's the strategic role-playing game Girls' Frontline, produced by MICA Team and available on Android and iOS, that is in the spotlight. This will take the form of an event requiring several challenges to be completed, both in multiplayer modes and in Battle Royale mode. Of course, those who rise to the occasion will receive rewards in the colors of the license.

Don't forget the Store
If you haven't had enough, you can also turn to the game's Store, which will receive a nice update. This will notably allow you to acquire the very stylish mythical appearance Dark Shepherd. With its dark look and large scythe, it will inspire fear in the eyes of enemies. But that's not all, as those interested in Girls' Frontline can also try their luck with a draw to obtain the Scylla appearance and a legendary weapon. A Strongbox will also be available to obtain a dozen items themed around the game.
