Listen sailors, whether you own Sea of Thieves or play it through Xbox Game Pass, you can now enjoy all the content added during the recent deployment of the game's Season 11, both on Windows 10/11 PC and on Steam, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S. Of course, new rewards are part of the deal and this new season invites you to unlock 100 levels of renown... But it also adds a new feature aimed at simplifying the experience.
Another way to travel
The true star of this Season 11, its treasure so to speak, is the quest table. This, available from your ship, allows you to prepare and launch your journey without having to go through outposts. More convenient, the system simplifies things to allow you to get into the action faster. You can thus decide on the journey (type, duration) and even the society for which you work. The quest table also gives you access to themed plunder voyages and pirate tales.
Improvements and adjustments
Due to this possibility of modifying the way of traveling, the developers have revised some game elements, notably the offers of the societies, increasing the level cap to 100. Once this limit is reached with a society, you will obtain a distinction on five. The journey can therefore continue by simply resetting your rank with the said society. Of course, if Sea of Thieves sails through the years without trouble, we must not forget that some join the experience along the way. To not leave them at the port, Rare has added new tutorial voyages that can be replayed at any time via the quest table. Handy for beginners or for a little reminder! Finally, Season 11 of Sea of Thieves is accompanied by the Plunder Pass which allows you to collect items from the traveling merchant, including the Collector's sails and figurehead for the ship, the hat, jacket, and gloves for the character.
