Xbox Game Pass - The end of September program, including Hades

Xbox Game Pass - Le programme de fin septembre, dont Hades
XboxSep 17, 20255 min read

The Game Pass is a huge catalog of games that is constantly being renewed. In exchange for a few euros, the amount varying according to the plan, subscribers have access to a substantial number of titles. Additionally, to keep the system interesting, Xbox regularly adds new releases. After a rather rich first half of September, the Redmond firm is back with a significant batch of new games for the second half of the month. Hold on, there's something for everyone or almost everyone.

Xbox®

Three Ultimate offer games now accessible in Standard

When games are added to the Game Pass, they are primarily integrated into the Ultimate offer. Sometimes, they are also accessible via the Standard offer, other times they are only integrated into this plan a little later. This is precisely the case for For the King II (on console), Overthrown (Xbox Series X|S in Game Preview), and the excellent Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (console). So, if you haven't had the chance to try one of these games yet, you have no excuse not to get started.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor

If you enjoyed playing Deep Rock Galactic, a shooting game focusing on cooperation and mining, then Ghost Ship Publishing and Funday Games invite you to embark on a new adventure, solo this time. As a miner, you must always dig. Of course, you must also shoot at anything that moves. The essence of the license doesn't change but the experience takes on a new form with a top-down progression. Are you ready to face the entire planet Hoxxes? That's what you can check today by launching the game on PC, Xbox Series X|S or via the Cloud if you have an Ultimate or PC Game Pass subscription.

Frostpunk 2

Starting tomorrow, September 18th, the Ultimate subscription will allow you to play the Xbox Series X[S version of Frostpunk 2. The title, which mixes survival and city-building, takes place in a frozen post-apocalyptic world. Xbox will also provide the opportunity to play it via the Cloud, in addition to the already available PC and Xbox One versions.

Wobbly Life

To relax a bit, it can be good to start a little wacky game, especially when it promises some good laughs. Wobbly Life is typically a game of this kind. With its unique visuals, it relies entirely on physics to generate hilarious situations. Players can explore an open world, look for a job, and participate in scripted missions. Add some oddities, like the ability to drive a couch, and you get the perfect title for a successful evening with friends, whether playing online or locally. Moreover, you have no reason to miss it as it will be included on September 18 in all three Game Pass offers, namely Standard, PC, and Ultimate. This will allow you to play it on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and via the Cloud.

Hades

Is there still a need to introduce Hades? The question arises as this game, released five years ago, has become a cult classic. A true gem that masterfully exploits rogue-like mechanics, the title has managed to win many hearts while inducing a few drops of sweat. Even though it already has a sequel, it's important for everyone to discover this first installment that will remain forever in memories. For this reason, Xbox has decided to go all out. Hades will return on September 19 in the Game Pass Standard, PC Game Pass, and Game Pass Ultimate. Of course, you can play it on PC, console, and via the Cloud.

Endless Legend 2

A few days later, on September 22 to be precise, after challenging the god of the underworld, the Redmond company will invite you to become a guide. Reserved for players on PC, Endless Legend 2 requires leading your people to victory in a constantly evolving world. Broadly speaking, you will face constructions, wars, political maneuvers, reflections, and strategies. The power will be in your hands.

Peppa Pig: World Adventures

Peppa Pig is back for the delight of children... Perhaps a little less for the delight of parents. Nevertheless, the title from Bandai Namco offers a family adventure accessible to the youngest and a great moment of sharing between parents and children. This time, Peppa embarks on an adventure allowing her to discover eight famous destinations, including Paris, London, and New York. To not miss the event, note that the game will be available from September 25 in the PC, Standard, and Ultimate offers. You can therefore play it on all platforms that allow you to enjoy the subscription.

Sworn

After Hades, another rogue-like is set to land on PC, Cloud, and Xbox Series X|S. It will be accessible from September 25 to those subscribed to the PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate. Sworn, as it is called, differentiates itself from others rogue-like by projecting players into an alternative version of the story of Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. In this case, the dear king has been corrupted. Therefore, you will have to embody one or more knights, as the title is playable up to four in cooperation, to defeat Arthur.

Visions of Mana

On the same date, September 25, the three Game Pass offers will welcome Visions of Mana, the latest entry in the series. This excellent action-RPG invites you to join Val and Hina on their journey to the Mana Tree. The path is fraught with obstacles, which will push our protagonists to battle monsters that can be as adorable as they are fierce. Be careful, even though this installment is decidedly more action-oriented, the battles require a minimum of thought and strategy. Of course, you can rely on trees containing the power of elemental spirits to help you overcome your opponents. Additionally, you can explore a semi-open world that is full of charm.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light

Related to the Tomb Raider franchise, without carrying the name, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light places the heroine at the heart of an action-adventure game that primarily focuses on its cooperative mode with Totec, even though a solo mode is playable. The game is now over 15 years old but remains a safe bet. If you haven't played it yet, it will be the time to search for the "Mirror of Smoke," an ancient artifact. The title will be accessible from September 30 via the three Standard, PC, and Ultimate offers. You can even play it via the Cloud, in addition to enjoying it on PC and console.

Sopa - Tale of the Stolen Potato

If Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light closes the additions made in September 2025, Xbox decided to go a bit beyond by already unveiling a title scheduled for October 7. This one will be added to the PC Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate plans catalog from its release. It will take the form of a narrative adventure called Sopa - Tales of the Stolen Potato. In broad terms, you will embody Miho, a young boy who sets out to find all the ingredients necessary to cook grandmother's soup. The whole promises a touching story inviting you to dive into a "world of magical realism inspired by Latin America." Sensitive souls, perhaps prepare the tissues.
