Hello everyone, this is Quill from the Metropolis Chronicle for your gaming news bulletin. We are a few days away from Christmas and it is in a video posted on their YouTube channel that the teams of Rainbow Six Siege have unveiled their dedicated event titled: Freeze for All.
This event comes with its share of new features such as a brand new free-for-all game mode, a new map, and of course a gigantic catalog of cosmetics, both old and new.
Freeze!
The Freeze For All mode will be an opportunity to see ten players face off. Each will receive new equipment. The goal is simple, score points by eliminating others without being eliminated yourself in the "arctic workshop" arena. This new limited-time map takes the exterior of the Hereford base but under snow.
Note that death is not a sign of defeat. A good thing for all those who, like me, will be eliminated by stronger opponents. Indeed, we will find ourselves on the roof of the "arctic workshop" with the sole purpose of throwing snowballs at our opponents. In addition to a new game mode, Rainbow Six Siege sees the return of an old Snow Brawl cosmetic collection, but also the arrival of a new catalog of winter skins with the packs of the brand new Freeze For All collection. Moreover, everyone who logs in during the event will receive a free Freeze For All pack in addition to those obtainable during weekly challenges.
The Freeze For All event will be held from December 13 to January 5, 2024 on all platforms. As a reminder, Rainbow Six Siege is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. That's all for today but we'll be back very soon for a new gaming news bulletin. This was Quill wishing you a good day in Metropolis.
