The seasons of Call of Duty Mobile follow one another at a good pace. Just over a month after Season 5 Digital Twilight, the sixth is about to show its pixels. This time, we forget about science fiction and go back to the 90s atmosphere from June 27. We'll turn up the volume, opt for a funk playlist, and dive into Synthwave Frenzy.
The map Collateral will return in a condensed version
Even if Call of Duty Mobile has all the features of a major game, it remains the pocket version of the Call of Duty franchise. The new map that will be deployed only reinforces this statement. Indeed, the multiplayer map Collateral introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will return in a condensed version. Named Collateral Strike for the occasion, it will allow you to face enemies around a satellite crash site. Needless to say, you will evolve in the center of a desert village. So be on your guard, shots can come from anywhere.

Ground War with abilities on the menu
Take the Ground War mode, add abilities to be obtained immediately after a certain number of eliminations, mix it all up, and you get a new experience that leans towards rogue-like. If you perform well enough by chaining eliminations, you will even have the chance to use multiple abilities within the same game. A small clarification, however, each time the option is unlocked, you have three abilities to choose from, these being offered randomly and classified into four levels of rarity: rare, epic, legendary, and mythical.

A duel mode, dancing, and a mentor-student relationship
When playing in a team, sometimes with a bit of bad faith, it's easy to blame teammates in case of defeat. With the new one-on-one custom duel mode, if you lose, you can only blame yourself. To avoid blaming the weapon, map, or game mode, know that it will be possible to configure these three elements to be in the best conditions. In addition, the Friends section will introduce a new feature. Called Mentor, it will encourage players of different ranks and levels to connect to take on challenges in a master-student relationship. Choose a friend or community member and get started, either to give advice or to receive it and thus progress. Finally, note that the Club will return, delighting rhythm game fans.

New season, new two-path Pass
In addition to new items in the store and the new Challenge Pass, this new season will introduce an unprecedented two-path Battle Pass. As usual, there will be the free path and the premium path. In the first, you will be able to collect various skins, crate pieces, and weapon blueprints. However, two elements will be more prominent... It will be a BP50 assault rifle to unlock and the Battle Royale Revive class, which will come with a medical drone allowing you to revive downed teammates nearby. In the second, you will be able to collect, among other things, funky weapon blueprints like the DR-H - Sonic Assault, the SP-R 208 - Grim Journey, the M4LMG - Festive Shootout, the Dobvra - Celebration, and the BP50 - C3NDR3S, as well as operator skins such as Klepto — Miss Cryptic, Portnova — Glamorous Mobster, Ruin — Overwhelming Rage, and Crash — Brass Knuckles.
