Time passes and the Seasons of Call of Duty: Mobile follow one another. After the fairy tales, the Chinese New Year, and recently the season dedicated to a retro gangster atmosphere, it will soon be time to move on to the fourth. From April 18, we will be able to discover Fool's Gold, a season that, as its name suggests, focuses on the world of gold hunters.
A new multiplayer mode and an option
With the new game mode that will be introduced with this Season 4, the developers aim to push team cooperation to the maximum. Indeed, Drop Kick will rely on a simple concept that will require the help of all operators. Specifically, a briefcase will be dropped on the map. The fastest player to retrieve it. However, once it is in hand, the carrier will be limited. Not only will they not be able to use their consumables and talent, but they also won't be able to score streaks and their only firearm will be a pistol.
Of course, the briefcase will serve as a melee weapon. It will therefore be important for teammates to protect the carrier as best as possible while they earn points for their team. And there's no point in thinking about hiding while waiting to reach the target score since the briefcase will be marked. So everyone will be able to locate it at any time. Among the subtleties introduced, it is noted that the operators of the defensive team will only be able to respawn from the moment the briefcase is dropped... And they will stop coming back as soon as it is picked up again.
In this context, it may be interesting to know the remaining health rate of teammates. Fortunately, the developers will add the possibility of activating the health bar above said operators. Of course, in the interest of visibility, they will leave two customization options to adjust the size of the bar and its transparency.

Let's walk in the tropical forest
A new season inevitably means a new event. As we will be on the theme of gold seekers, the developers will send us into the jungle to recover various relics. But to find them, at least safely, an essential accessory will be needed: a compass. Fortunately, you can earn one in Multiplayer and Battle Royale. As a bonus, the Challenge HQ will be revamped to offer a simpler interface.
A two-way battle pass
As usual, the new season will come with the implementation of a new battle pass. As usual, it will offer two paths, one free and one premium. With the first, you can get several skins, weapon blueprints, chest pieces, or even the MG42 machine gun and the RC-XD scorestreak (with a remote-controlled car that explodes on contact). With the second, you will have access to operator skins such as Jungle Diva for Zoe, Ruins Ranger for David Mason, Gunner for Sims, and Floral Fatality for Strongarm.

Show who's the best!
Just because you're playing on a smartphone doesn't mean you can't show the world that you might be the best Call of Duty player. Starting April 18, you can play solo and try to qualify for the 2024 World Championships. If you're playing as a team, you can take your chance between May 11 and May 25. To hope to qualify, you'll need to maintain a good win/loss ratio. Note: The championship final will be held from October 4 to 6, and the reward is huge, with a prize pool of 1 million dollars.
