Forza Motorsport - Race on the famous Daytona circuit!

Forza Motorsport Daytona International Speedway
XboxJan 18, 20242 min read

In May 2005, the first Xbox welcomed a brand new racing game that quickly built a strong reputation: Forza Motorsport. Developed by Turn 10, the franchise continued on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, up to Forza Motorsport 7. Meanwhile, Playground Games worked on a spin-off series, Forza Horizon, focusing on fun and exploration, taking precedence over the Motorsport franchise. It was only six years after FM7 that Forza Motorsport made its grand return with a reboot installment that arrived on PC and Xbox Series X|S, Microsoft's next-generation consoles, to fully exploit their power. As the game is published by Xbox Game Studios, the Standard Edition has been available in the Xbox Game Pass since October 5, the official release day of the title.

Something new with the Daytona circuit

To encourage players of Forza Motorsport to keep coming back, while inviting new players to try it, Turn 10 regularly brings content to the base game. This time, it’s the famous Daytona circuit (in Florida), the Daytona International Speedway well-known to NASCAR fans, that has been added. Two tracks are available to race on, the 2.5-mile Tri-oval Circuit and the 3.59-mile Sports Car Circuit.

An Italian highlight

The developers took advantage of the update to introduce the Italian Challengers, a new tour in Career mode. As you might expect, it highlights the automotive industry of Europe's most famous boot. Four events await you: All-Wheel Driven, Roadster Renaissance, Alfa Performance, and Prancing Power. In addition to this, several Italian cars are showcased in the Showroom, starting with the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, the 2007 Ferrari 430 Scuderia, and the 1992 Lancia Delta HF Integrale EVO. If you haven't already, this is the opportunity to acquire them with a 30% discount using in-game credits.
