A few days after integrating the Daytona International Speedway, the famous Daytona circuit in Florida well known to NASCAR fans, into Forza Motorsport, Turn 10 wanted to indicate the changes that will be made with the update 6 scheduled to be deployed in March 2024. On the agenda, there will be a modification of the car progression system at two main points.

Unlock everything from level 1

The advantage of current games is that they can evolve based on the desires of the developers but also according to community feedback. With the next update, Turn 10 will simplify the car progression system, which has caused some ink to flow. Thus, starting next month, players will be free to equip all the parts they want to their vehicles, starting from level 1 of the cars. In other words, as soon as a car joins your collection, you will be able to install all the desired upgrades in the desired order. There will therefore no longer be any locked upgrades.

Credits to buy Car Points

To accompany the modification of the car progression system, the developers thought it was important to also evolve the way of obtaining Car Points. It will still be possible to accumulate them as you have been doing since last October, but there will be an alternative. Thus, you can exchange your Credits for Car Points. Currently, the studio is considering an exchange rate of 4500 Credits for 500 Car Points. The advantage is that if you already have Credits, you won't have to wait longer to get Car Points and thus improve your vehicle, even if it is at level 1. Finally, rest assured, the discount system when a car reaches level 50 will remain. You will still have a 5% discount with the same manufacturer from your first vehicle at level 50, a discount that rises to 25% as soon as five cars from the same manufacturer reach level 50.
