It's the event of the end of the month: Season 5 of Stranger Things is coming. More precisely, this final season will be broadcast in three parts. The first will be available online on November 27, 2025, on Netflix. Just days before this big moment, Epic Games decided to pay tribute to the franchise by integrating it into its most popular game, namely Fortnite. Get ready to survive in the Upside Down and fight Vecna.

New content in the shop

In 2016, Netflix subscribers discovered a brand new series. Its name is now on everyone's lips or almost: Stranger Things. This production by Matt and Ross Duffer captivated audiences with its fantastic plot and its universe depicting the 80s. Nine years later, the series is ready to begin its conclusion. Indeed, Season 5 will be the last. To soften the blow, it will be broadcast in three parts. The first is almost at the reach of a remote or a finger as it will be available online on November 27. Moreover, those who wish can already discover the first five minutes in our columns. The other two parts will be broadcast respectively starting December 26, 2025, and January 1, 2026.

As soon as a franchise becomes a phenomenon, Epic Games seizes it to integrate additional content into its most popular game. Thus, after welcoming content themed on The Simpsons or K-Pop Demon Hunters, Fortnite gets its dose of novelties inspired by Stranger Things... At least, beyond the presence of skins of the Demogorgon, Eleven, and Sheriff Hopper available for a while in the game's shop. For this occasion, the development studio has just integrated The Party pack including 18 items, such as skins of Mike Wheeler, Will Byers, Lucas Sinclair, and Dustin Henderson, as well as the LEGO version and each one's backpack. The arch-enemy Vecna also gets his own pack, notably with his skin and the LEGO version.

Discover strange events in Blitz mode

Since this weekend, strange events are affecting Fortnite. More precisely, it's Blitz, this game mode guaranteeing shorter and more dynamic matches where 32 people compete on a relatively small map, that has just been updated. A new map has appeared. Players are therefore invited to discover Hawkins with four major areas. The peculiarity of this map is that it is split in two, the west being dedicated to the small town, while the east allows access to the Upside Down. Needless to say, cooperation will not be a luxury to try to survive in this inhospitable parallel world.
