A little earlier in the month, as usual, Xbox unveiled the titles that would be landing on Xbox Game Pass during the first half of July. The batch was substantial with no less than eight games, including Magical Delicacy and Flock, which have just arrived on the subscription service. While we could expect to have the list of titles coming in the second half of July, the Redmond firm surprises by revealing only three games planned for this week. A quieter end of the month or surprises to come? Only time will tell. In the meantime, here are the three upcoming entries!

Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn

If the name A44 Games doesn't ring a bell, perhaps the name Ashen, the studio's flagship game, is more familiar. Either way, the team based in Wellington, New Zealand, will release their next production on July 18. It is Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn, an action-RPG (with a Souls-lite touch) requiring you to embody Nor Vanek to eliminate gods... Just that! Against the backdrop of a quest for vengeance, this elite member of the Coalition will traverse the devastated land of Kian to get rid of all the enemies that stand in her way. She can rely on her natural agility, several firearms, spells, and, of course, her companion Enki to lead her crusade and save humanity. The gods will have a hard time. Note that the title will be integrated into Xbox Game Pass on the very day of its release. You can enjoy it on both PC and Xbox Series X|S or via the Cloud.

Dungeons of Hinterberg

We stay in the universe of role-playing games with this action-RPG tinged with adventure that promises a great discovery. From July 18, and this Day One in Xbox Game Pass, it will be possible to explore the Austrian Alps by visiting the village of Hinterberg and its surroundings. Be careful, you won't be there just for the holiday, as there will be several dungeons to explore (which justifies the name of the game). Where there are dungeons, there are monsters to fight. So, you will need to arm yourself with a sword and use your mastery of magic to eliminate them. Of course, reflection is also a powerful weapon that will need to be used to solve various puzzles. As a bonus, it will even be possible to summon a snowboard. This could be ideal for racing down a glacier. You can play it on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and via the Cloud.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

Whether on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, or via the Cloud, all Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to discover Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess from July 19, the day of its release. It is a brand new production by Capcom that combines action and strategy, all while enjoying Japanese folklore, more precisely that of kagura. The title has a notable feature, which is its two-phase gameplay system. In practice, you evolve on a mountain overrun by corruption. Daytime is for exploration, the time for purifying villages. Nighttime is for action, the time to fight against the hordes of the Seethe. When can it end? Simply when you have succeeded in eradicating the corruption. Finally, if you are eager to try it, know that a playable demo is currently available on the Xbox Store.
