Hello everyone, here is Quill from the Metropolis Chronicle for your gaming news bulletin. In this article, I will talk about the games that will be arriving on the Xbox Game Pass for this September 2023.
After a rather quiet summer, but let's admit it, quite eventful, the American company is unleashing the horses for our greatest pleasure.
Starfield finally lands
I haven't stopped talking about it all summer, and here it is FINALLY arriving, I'm obviously talking about the most anticipated game of this season, the aptly named Starfield. The galactic software arrives on September 6, which means Day One in the Xbox Game Pass.

Gris, a colorful entry!
Gris is also arriving in the Xbox Game Pass. Its arrival is set for September 5. It is a platform game but also and above all an independent game. I am very happy to see it arrive as the praises for it have been numerous.
The software is developed by Nomada Studio. We play as "Gris" whom we must guide throughout the different 2D platforms while solving various puzzles. The game has been available on all platforms since 2020, and seeing it integrate into the Xbox Game Pass will allow those who haven't yet had the pleasure of playing this little gem of poetry to remedy it at a lower cost.
Lies of P
It is a third-person action RPG. Developed by Round8 Studio and published by Neowiz Games, it is inspired by the novel by Carlo Collodi The Adventures of Pinocchio. We will play as Pinocchio. On foot, we will explore the city of Krath, exploring the environment and fighting various biomechanical enemies.
We will have access to a real arsenal, allowing us to fight with a sword, an axe, and many more. Pinocchio is equipped with a mechanical arm that can be equipped with gadgets such as a grappling hook or a flamethrower. A crafting system will allow us to create new weapons by combining already existing types.
Players with access to the Xbox Game Pass will be able to discover the title on September 19, 2023.
Party Animals
As often, we radically change universes by changing games. Let me tell you about Party Animals which I am also eagerly awaiting. Developed by Recreate Games and published by Source Technology, this is a competitive multiplayer game. The goal? Win the final battle!
You will play as small animals as cute as they are formidable, such as kittens, puppies, rabbits, and even unicorns. As I was saying, don't be fooled by their cute faces because you'll need to elbow your way through, but most importantly, fight your way to victory in this chaos. The battle will begin on September 20th.
PayDay 3
If the previous game didn't quench your thirst for "fighting," let's step it up a notch with the upcoming one as you'll need to draw your guns in PayDay 3. This third installment in the series is a direct sequel to the events of the previous episode.
The team will have to put the masks back on and hit the heist in a bustling New York. The heist is set for September 21st on the Xbox Game Pass.
Cocoon
Once again, we switch from one universe to another at the speed of light. This time with Cocoon. The game is developed by Annapurna Interactive and particularly by Jeppe Carlsen to whom we owe the wonderful Limbo and Inside. Cocoon is a puzzle game that will require a lot of thinking.
Nevertheless, the action is not lacking as you'll have to face many formidable bosses. Cocoon is expected on September 29, 2023 in the Xbox Game Pass.
That's all for today, but we'll be back very soon with a new gaming news bulletin. This was Quill wishing you a good day in Metropolis.
