With each new season, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III offers two major events. The first is the launch of the new season. Of course, we get several new features to keep players interested, while always bringing more diversity. The second is the mid-season event, usually called "Reloaded." Even though the content of Season 3 Reloaded was already mentioned last month during the presentation of the Season 3 content, your dear Quill wanted to revisit the major mid-season updates that have just been integrated.
New modes, one watchword: caution
With the two new game modes that have just arrived, you have more reason than ever to keep all your senses alert, especially your sight. The first is Minefield. As its name suggests, mines will cover the terrain and, of course, they will explode if you step on them. The peculiarity of this variant, which will be applied to several multiplayer modes, is that the mines are not placed randomly on the map. They are dropped on the corpses of eliminated operators. So, as you can understand, the more eliminations there are during the game, the more careful you need to be about where you walk.
The second, Escort, also has a pretty self-explanatory name. If you've played CoD Warzone, then you might remember the Payload mode. If so, know that the Escort mode follows its principle. More concretely, there is a team on offense and one on defense. On offense, you must escort a MAW to three points to hack, knowing that at least one operator needs to be nearby for it to move forward. On defense, it's quite obvious, you need to prevent the hacking, which involves eliminating operators nearby, causing the MAW to retreat.

Keep the cards in hand
Forget the beautiful neighborhoods of London, Big Ben, or even Buckingham Palace... With Grime, you evolve in an abandoned corner of the city. The medium-sized map is designed for six-on-six battles, with three main more or less straight paths to cross the map. It offers choke points that allow for certain tactics to be developed. Pass by the old boat hangar, discover the abandoned Captain's Dog pub, and visit the docks whose walls are marked with numerous graffiti. Don't get distracted, otherwise, you might catch a bullet around a corner.

After the dilapidated urban atmosphere, it's time for the military universe with Checkpoint. If this standard 6v6 medium-sized map sounds familiar, it's because you've already visited Rebirth Island. Indeed, this new map is based on the fortress point of interest, to the west of the island. Of course, the area has been adjusted by the developers, who have notably closed access to the control tower and upper catwalks. So don't expect to gain height, especially with a sniper, to take out opponents. Here, it's better to take a light weapon to participate in ground combat. And if you want even closer combat, consider taking a tour of the garage or the armory.

A Feeling of Power in Arcade Selection
If you want to experience what it's like to enjoy special weapons or bonuses that grant a significant feeling of power, then the mid-season Arcade selection novelties are for you. On the bonus side, you can pick up two abilities from fallen enemies. The first grants unlimited ammo while the second offers unlimited grenades. Let the bullets or explosions rain! On the weapons side, you can count on explosive bullets for the MORS and the Riveter, a dagger with greatly increased range, or even a minigun that grants a constant rage effect.

Zombies and Warzone Are Not Left Out
It was indicated last month, all the novelties of the Zombies mode have been added with this Season 3 Reloaded. It's time to go save Dr. Ava Jansen with Ravenov and confront the warlord Rainmaker in his fortress on Raaha Island. On the Call of Duty Warzone side, several new features are also on the agenda. Besides the launch of the new Heavy Armor event, which allows for 200 health points instead of 150, we especially note the integration of variable weather conditions during deployments depending on the time of day. The pocket version, Warzone Mobile, will also have its Reloaded version once the Golden Week has passed. Two new features are noteworthy, the addition of a new limited-time High Voltage mode (you get a random advantage if struck by lightning) and the presence of Viking runes in Verdansk giving access to rewards.
