At Xbox, communication around Game Pass is as precise as a clock. Every month, aside from any potential surprises, we have two points to inform us about the games that will join the subscription service, each time at the beginning and middle of the month. At the very start of April, we indeed had the list of titles for the first half of the month. It is therefore logical to now obtain the one for the second half. From JRPG, sports, a tower defense, a roguelike, an underwater Souls-like, or even a dose of medieval strategy, diversity is once again present.

Orcs Must Die! 3
Initially released exclusively on Stadia, the tower-defense game by Robot Entertainment arrived a year later on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. If you haven't had the chance to discover it during the past two and a half years, then it's time for you to dive into this direct sequel to Orcs Must Die! 2. It's available for Xbox Game Pass subscribers now on PC and Xbox, as well as via the Cloud. It's playable both solo and in two-player co-op. The goal is simple, just massacre orcs in a row using all the arsenal at your disposal.
EA Sports NHL 24
From April 20, ice hockey fans will be able to follow the Stanley Cup playoff series. To best accompany the event on the digital side, Electronic Arts will add its EA Sports NHL 24 to EA Play, its subscription service, starting tomorrow. Since this is integrated into the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offer, Xbox players who have the latter will also be able to enjoy it. Sharpen your virtual skates, prepare your controllers, and glide on the ice to score the puck into the opponent's net!
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes
After the appetizer Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, a prologue developed by Natsume Atari, it is Rabbit & Bear Studios that will release the main course, namely Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. This JRPG will attempt to rekindle the flame known to fans of the Suikoden franchise by offering a story featuring more than 100 playable characters and six-character battles. The project attracts so much attention because it is developed by veterans of the Suikoden franchise. Thus, Yoshitaka Murayama (Suikoden I & II - he sadly passed away on February 6th at the age of 55) was responsible for the writing. Alongside him, Junko Kawano (Suikoden I & IV as well as Tactics), Osamu Komuta (Suikoden IV, Tactics, and Tierkreis), and Junichi Murakami worked on the project. Officially, the game will be released on April 23rd and it is exactly on this same date that it will join the Xbox Game Pass (PC, console, and Cloud).
Another Crab’s Treasure
Don't be mistaken... While the visuals might suggest that Another Crab's Treasure is a family game designed for children, that won't necessarily be the case. You will be able to see for yourself on April 25th, the day of its release on all current platforms and its integration into the Xbox Game Pass (PC, console, Cloud). Despite its colorful graphics, Aggro Crab's title takes the form of an adventure game leaning towards Souls-like. You will have to slip into the shell of Kril, a hermit crab, who will have to collect the trash found in the polluted ocean in which he evolves. These will be used to protect him from more impressive enemies that will show hostility.
Manor Lords
Hear ye, hear ye! Strategy game enthusiasts, listen closely. With Manor Lords you will embody a lord in a medieval strategy game. Build cities, manage your lands, and, if necessary, engage in large-scale battles to preserve your territories. Add to the mix elements requiring you to manage the economy of your kingdom or tools to manage the social aspect. The game will launch in early access on April 26th on PC and will be directly integrated into the PC Game Pass. Don't forget, the weather changes, the seasons pass, and the future of your kingdom is in your hands!
Have A Nice Death
To end the month well, on April 30th, the rogue-like Have A Nice Death will be added to the Xbox Game Pass catalog, both on PC and console, with the added bonus of being able to play it via the Cloud. In this action-packed 2D game, you must embody Death itself. While she thought she could take a break to relax and avoid obvious burnout, she finds herself having to manage unruly subordinates. Before the balance of souls is disrupted, you will have to embody the grim reaper, armed of course with her famous scythe. Needless to say, things are going to heat up!
