Since last October 10, the official release day of Forza Motorsport, Turn 10 has been continuously working to improve and enrich the game. Recently, the studio integrated the Daytona International Speedway and modified the car progression system through update 6. With update 7 just arriving, the American company adds a new circuit, reduces the installation footprint, fixes some elements, and deploys new events. If all the details are given on the game's official site, your dear Quill wants to highlight the key points of this new update.
Reducing the installation size
Update 7 requires downloading 15GB of data, making it a heavier update than usual. Nevertheless, this is just a concession to enjoy a nice optimization. Indeed, it reduces the installation footprint of Forza Motorsport by about 15 to 20%. More concretely, this means Xbox Series X|S players can save 25GB of space on their hard drive, while PC players save 29GB.
Brands Hatch, meeting at Fawkham
Welcome to Kent, Southeast of London, to discover the Brands Hatch circuit. This famous English circuit notably hosted the British Grand Prix in the 60s to 80s. Combining long fast straights and tight corners, it also stands out for the elevation changes offered, such as the one located at the exit of Paddock Hill Bend, its first corner. It also includes three high-speed corners: Hawthorns, Westfield, and Sheene Curve. Note that in addition to the GP version, the developers have added the Indy layout. This one is perfectly suited for slower vehicles. Even though it only measures 1.2 miles, it doesn't lack passages offering thrills. The circuit is now accessible in Career, Multiplayer, Rivals, and Free Play modes.

Three additional vehicles in the Car Pass
The list of circuits is not the only thing being enriched as three vehicles will be added to the Car Pass during the month. From April 11, it will be possible to drive the 2019 Ginetta G55 GT4. Then, you will have to wait until the 18th to take the wheel of the Matra-Simca #146 Equipe Matra-Simca MS650 Tour de France from 1970, before driving the Ligier #11 Euro international JS P3 from 2016 starting from the 25th of the same month. Note that these are the last vehicles of the Car Pass, which will then include thirty cars.

A retro touch and more
Starting April 11, Turn 10 invites you every week to discover a new event of the Retro Racers Tour. In addition to unlocking the 1977 Renault #15 Equipe Renault Elf R.S. 01 by completing the tour, this will allow you to drive cars like the 1981 Ford #2 Zakspeed Racing Capri Turbo in Rulebook Racers (week of April 11), the 1969 Lola #10 Simoniz Special T163 in Unlimited Racers (week of April 18), the 1967 Brabham BT24 in Grand Prix Racers (week of April 25), and the 1988 Jaguar #1 Jaguar Racing XJR-9 in Consumption Racers (week of May 2). Other events will also be part of the Rivals and Open Class Tour modes. Finally, note that the mid-May update 8 will not add any additional tracks. You'll have to wait for the arrival of update 9 in June for that.
